I have owned a lot of electronic devices with screens that need protecting. it seems that every few months im buying a new one, be it for my wifes ipod, my Zen, Her camera, My blackberry, my Nikon D40, and now my D90.
This is hands down the best screen protector i have ever seen. Rather than the same tired old cheap piece of film that adheres to the screen and gives bubbles, there is NO chance of bubbling with this because the adhesive is only on the outer edges. The screen itself seems to be made of layers of plastic and glass, it feels very high quality and is completly transparent with exception of the blackened edges and the small GGS logo and D90 written on the back.
Installation was extremly easy, it just seems to perfectly fall into place.
Once reviewer says it is almost not big enough and that it blocks out the very edges of the screen, i think he might have recieved a bad sample, mine fits 100% perfectly. The viewable area in it stretches about 1/16th to 1/24th of an inch beyond the edges of the D90's screen so it in no way hampers visability at all.
I hated that ugly plastic piece that came with the D90, it worked but those white plastic edges just seemed to scream out "HEY LOOK AT ME!!!!!!!!"
this protector blends in so well that nobody would even know it was on there unless it was pointed out to them
i put the top lcd over on too. diddnt really need it, but hey, why not, and it fits 100% perfect as well
